WITH THE KFC APP

You’ll only be able to see participating restaurants, so it’s possible that there aren’t any nearby. But don’t worry, we’re adding more all the time so stay tuned… If you’re desperate for your KFC fix (we’ve all been there!), you can also use the Map view to search for other restaurants further away.

You might get this message if the restaurant is unable to take orders over the internet. In some cases, the database on your phone might be corrupted and cause this message to be shown for all restaurants. Don’t stress though, deleting and re-installing the App should fix the problem.

Don’t worry, you’ll still get your food! Your order is sent to the restaurant as soon as you make your order so if you can’t “Check In” for any reason, just speak to a team member and they’ll retrieve your order for you.

You can do either! Whatever floats your boat and works for you best.

You sure can – just see one of our team members at the front counter in the restaurant and they’ll sort you out.

There could be a few reasons why – it might be because the restaurant is unable to take orders, but it also won’t work if your credit card details are incorrect. Try re-entering your card details but if that still doesn’t work, there’s always the “Pay In Restaurant” option.

An account lets us email you your receipt. It also allows the App to remember your fave orders so the ordering process is faster next time – less waiting, more eating!
