Each year, the World Food Program feeds an average of 90 million people in more than 70 countries

World Hunger Relief: Your contribution matters.

4th September – 4th October 2010.

World Hunger Relief is an initiative from KFC to highlight our global hunger issues and to raise funds to assist the United Nations World Food Program.

Australia has raised over $2,000,000 to feed people in Laos and the Philippines. This year, we plan to raise $1,000,000 and KFC is donating $50,000 to kick-start the campaign.

World Hunger Relief global spokesperson, Christina Aguilera is encouraging everyone to get involved and has said, “Together, we have the power to save lives and move hunger to hope”.

You can show your support by either donating online or visiting a KFC store between 4th September – 4th October and purchasing a wristband, photo magnet or pen.

Together, we can fight world hunger.
